Mind Redesign
To strengthen your mind, you must first redesign it. No matter the area of struggle, health/fitness, competition prep, life transitions, self-esteem, faith struggles—we must tap into your mind and do the deep work.
Bible vereses to meditate on:
Romans 12:2 NIV Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.
2 Timothy 1:7 KJV For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
Journaling and scripture are our primary tools to help you break free from limiting thought patterns. By the end of the 90-day program, you will:
Self-aware - Identify the root of your problem by helping you understand how you arrived at your current situation through reverse engineering and deep reflection.
Sustainable daily habits - Guiding you to create and maintain consistent daily habits that address your areas of struggle
Spiritual growth and mind renewal - Supporting you in using scripture and journaling to take captive every thought and transform your mind
This week, we'll start with my three-step deep thought work process. I prefer addressing these steps one at a time to prevent mental overwhelm. Take your time and focus—there's no rush. After you complete all three steps, we'll work together to develop a plan tailored to your specific needs and establish a check-in process. When you finish step 1, I'll be notified, review your work, and then send you step 2.
