Journal reflection: At the end of each day, take 5 minutes to reflect on what you accomplished in each focus area to track your progress. You do not need to share your daily reflection with me. You will give me an update on the week in your check-in form.

Daily Journal Reflection Example:

What did I do for my mental health? I took 15 minutes of quiet time and didn’t doom scroll on social media.

Health/fitness: I decreased my sugar intake and drank 64oz of water

I encourage you to go deeper if you have time. The purpose of this is to hold yourself accountable for your goals. If you happen to fall short or have a bad day, it's okay. We do not condemn ourselves. Maintain your honesty, acknowledge, take accountability, and focus on hitting your target the next day. Grace is key.

Check-ins should be submitted on Sunday, and you'll receive a response by Monday, 1 pm EST. If I'm running behind or out of town, I'll let you know. Any check-ins submitted after Sunday may receive a delayed response.
